How much yoga per day do I need to practice?

Far less than you imagine. 15 to 30 minutes a day already brings benefits for beginners, and what matters most is not the length of each session but consistency. Practicing 3 to 4 times a week, even in short sessions, usually pays off more than one long, isolated class now and then. The body responds to the habit, not to occasional effort.

A realistic starting point

15 to 30 minutes per session is already enough to feel a difference early on.

3 to 4 times a week is a frequency that fits real life and brings results.

As the habit settles, you naturally increase the time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to practice every day?

No. Practicing every day is great, but not required. A few times a week, with regularity, already delivers good results.

Does a short session really work?

Yes. A short, consistent practice usually pays off more than long, rare sessions. The secret is frequency.

With little time, live or recorded?

Recordings help when time is short, because you fit them in whenever you can. But keeping at least one live class a week keeps the guidance up to date.
